Usage

         Deep treatment of the effluent after biochemical treatment, to ensure that COD, chromaticity, cyanide and other indicators meet the treatment requirements. The treated effluent can meet the discharge standard or meet the water intake index requirements of zero-discharge system.

         Coking series can also be used in the treatment of coke quenching wastewater.

Instructions

              1） The solid agent is prepared into a certain concentration suspension or aqueous solution before use;

                 2） The suspension is dosed by a centrifugal pump, and the aqueous solution is dosed using a diaphragm metering pump; 

                 3） The preliminary dosing plan can be determined through laboratory tests, and adjusted according to the actual treatment effect;

                 4） Reaction time ≥15 minutes, depending on the site facilities;

                 5） After the reaction, it enters the sedimentation tank for solid-liquid separation, and the supernatant reaches the standard for discharge;

                 6） The system is regularly drained of mud.
