For high zinc and iron containing wastewater, with a zinc content of up to 40PPM, zinc ions can be separated in the form of zinc hydroxide to obtain zinc hydroxide or various other types of zinc salts, meeting industrial grade requirements. At the same time, zinc ions in ferrous chloride can be controlled at 100PPM for the production of other iron salts.
The engineering cases include the separation and resource utilization of zinc and iron from hot-dip galvanizing waste liquid, with an annual engineering case of 30000 tons.
