During the processing of circuit boards, chips, and solar panels, a large amount of hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid, and nitric acid waste liquids are generated. Currently, these acids are disposed of as hazardous waste, which is a huge waste of resources. Our company has invented a method to separate and regenerate these acids, which can achieve the regeneration of these acids at low temperatures with a regeneration rate of over 90%. The regenerated acids can be returned to the production line as etching solutions, and the residual liquids can be recycled to produce products related to water treatment agents. This allows for the value utilization of these waste acids. Currently, our company has multiple engineering cases in the regeneration of aluminum etching and circuit board etching solutions.
