Slag is a hazardous waste generated during the processes of aluminum production, processing, and recycling, and its disposal has become the focus of industrial research. The use of slag to produce polyaluminum chloride is cheap, but the quality of the product is relatively big, often because of impurities in the raw material, the product is difficult to meet the standard requirements, and the process is faced with serious safety risks, it is necessary to carry out various detoxification treatment of slag.We have developed a complete set of slag resource technology and equipment, addressing the problem of excessive heavy metals and ammonia nitrogen in the process products of slag and obtaining polyaluminum chloride in line with the latest national standard. Currently, this technology has collaborated with three domestic enterprises and has disposed of 80,000 tons.
